A. There is no comparison. We pioneered time released protein, we created time release protein in 1995. That's 7 years before Syntha 6 was even around. Plus, Lean Mass has more protein, less carbohydrates, 10 grams of L-Glutamine, 5 grams of BCCAAS, 5 grams of fee form Amino Acids. Additonally, Lean Mass tastes a lot better then Syntha 6.
